These terms explain what to expect when you order from CleanDocs. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

What we provide

CleanDocs writes step-by-step process documentation based on the information you provide through our intake form. We turn your description of a process into a clear, structured written guide, delivered as a Google Doc or PDF.

Ordering and payment

Payment is required in full before we begin work, processed securely through Stripe. Each pricing tier covers a specific number of documents, as described on our pricing page. If you'd like more processes documented than your order covers, contact us for a bundle or custom quote.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your document within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form. Delivery times may occasionally vary; we'll let you know if anything will take longer than expected.

Revisions

Each order includes one free revision per document, to be requested within 7 days of delivery. Revisions cover adjustments to the document we've written based on the information you originally provided — not the addition of new, separate processes.

Refunds

If your document still isn't right after your included revision, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — no form or explanation required.

Accuracy of information

We write your document based entirely on what you tell us in the intake form. We're not able to independently verify the accuracy of the process you describe — it's your responsibility to make sure the information you provide is correct and complete.

Ownership

Once delivered and paid for, the document is yours to use, edit, and distribute as you see fit within your business.

Limitation of liability

CleanDocs provides documentation services as described above. We aren't liable for how a delivered document is used, misused, or implemented within your business, and we don't guarantee any specific business outcome from using it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
