This policy explains what information CleanDocs collects when you use our website or order our services, and how that information is used. We keep this simple on purpose — we collect only what's needed to deliver your document and process payment.

What we collect

When you submit our intake form, we collect the information you provide: your business name, a description of the process you'd like documented, and any other details you choose to share (tools used, exceptions, contact email). We do not collect this information through the website itself — only through the form, after you've placed an order.

Payment information

Payments are processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive, see, or store your card details at any point — Stripe handles this entirely on their own secure systems. We only see confirmation that a payment was made, along with the amount and your email address.

How we use your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of external services to run CleanDocs: Google Forms and Google Sheets (to collect and store your intake answers), Stripe (to process payment), and Zoho Mail (for email communication). Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data that passes through their systems.

Data retention

We keep your intake answers and order details only as long as needed to complete your order and handle any follow-up (such as your included revision). If you'd like your information deleted after your order is complete, contact us and we'll remove it.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. We don't track your browsing activity.
